Basic Recurring Clean Checklist

This service is designed as a recurring solution to keep your home neat and tidy. If your house needs some extra TLC, whether on a one-time basis or before starting our Recurring Basic Clean services, please consider our Residential Deep Clean.

Starts at $135 per cleaning for customers who sign up for 6 months of recurring visits.*

*2,000 sq ft maximum. Must sign up for automatic billing.

Kitchen

  • Clear all dishes from the sink and load/wash them.

  • Clear countertops of clutter.

  • Dust accessible light fixtures and tops of cabinets/shelving.

  • Wipe down countertops and backsplash, moving small appliances.

  • Clean the interior and exterior of the microwave.

  • Wipe down cabinet fronts.

  • Clean the exterior of the refrigerator.

  • Wipe down the stovetop and control knobs.

  • Clean the sink, faucet, and drain.

  • Wipe down the exterior of the dishwasher.

  • Sweep / vacuum / mop the floor.

  • Empty trash and recycling bins, replace liners, wipe lids.

Bathrooms

  • Clean vanity and shower/tub area.

  • Clean the mirror.

  • Clean the sink, faucet, and drain.

  • Clean the toilet inside and out (including base and behind).

  • Sweep / vacuum the floor.

  • Mop the floor with disinfectant cleaner.

  • Replace/restock toilet paper and hand soap.

  • Empty trash can and wipe if necessary.

  • Dust accessible light fixtures.

Bedrooms

  • Make the bed neatly.

  • Straighten items on nightstands and dressers.

  • Dust surfaces (nightstands, dressers, headboard, shelves, decor, frames, lamps, blinds etc.).

  • Dust hard-to-reach areas (ceiling fans, high shelves, light fixtures).

  • Wipe down hard surfaces as needed.

  • Sweep / vacuum floors.

  • Clean mirrors.

  • Tidy and vacuum the closet floor (if accessible). 

Living Areas

  • Straighten pillows and throws.

  • Fold blankets.

  • Arrange magazines or books.

  • Dust all surfaces.

  • Wipe down hard surfaces as needed.

  • Vacuum carpets and rugs.

  • Vacuum upholstered furniture.

  • Sweep or vacuum hard floors (including edges and under furniture where possible).

  • Fluff cushions and arrange furniture neatly.

Hallways / Entryways

  • Straighten items on console tables or benches.

  • Organize shoes if left out.

  • Dust console tables, mirrors, and decorative items.

  • Sweep / vacuum the entire area.

  • Wipe down frequently touched surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, etc.).

Laundry Room

  • Fold clean laundry.

  • Clear surfaces.

  • Wipe down the tops and fronts of the washer and dryer.

  • Wipe down countertops or utility sinks.

  • Sweep / vacuum the floor.
